budget. While the fruit is slightly astringent, the combined action of oats, almonds
and whipping cream in this homemade mango face mask gently cleanses, smooths and
exfoliates your skin.
Ingredients:
¼ ripe mango (peeled and seeded)
2 tablespoons finely powdered oats
2 tablespoons finely powdered almonds
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream*
Instructions:
Place all ingredients together in a small blender, and blend until you get a smooth
and creamy mixture.
If the mixture is too thick to spread on your face, you may want to add a few tablespoons
of distilled water or hydrosol. If it’s too runny, simply add 1 tablespoon of finely
powdered oats.
Apply the mask on your clean face and neck. Leave it on for about 15-20 minutes.
Gently massage your skin while washing it off with lukewarm water.
Suitable for normal to dry skin. *If your skin is not so dry, you can use whole milk.
