Allergen Substitution Guide

This food allergy substitution chart  is great for anyone suffering from certain food allergies. Study this chart and maybe, hopefully it will help you deal with your allergies.

  1. For Milk- Try Almond, Rice, Hemp or Coconut milk or water
  2. For Butter-Try Palm Fruit Oil, coconut oil, or olive oil
  3. For Sour Cream- Try Mayonnaise
  4. For Eggs- Try Commercial Egg Re-placer, 1/2 banana, or  1/4 C applesauce
  5. Wheat Flour (for thickening sauces)- Try Rice flour, tapioca flour,  potato flour, or arrowroot
  6. For Nuts- Try seeds, or dry fruit
  7. For Vegetable Oil (soy)- Try Olive Oil, or coconut oil
  8. For Vegetable Shortening (soy)- Try Palm Fruit Oil, or coconut oil
  9. Bouillon (soy or gluten) - Try Stock (chicken, beef, or vegetables kind)
  10. For Soy Sauce- Try Coconut amino, or 2.5 molasses to 1 part balsamic vinegar, and sugar to taste
